Delete it yourself
Sign in to Chataak on the website or in the app, open Account settings, and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion. This removes the account and the data stored with it. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Write to contact@chataak.com from the email address registered to the account. We will verify the request and action it within 30 days.
What deletion covers
When we delete the account we remove:
- Your profile
- Your projects, scripts, uploaded media, and finished videos
- Permissions for social accounts you had connected
Some records stay where the law requires it, including invoices and tax documents, and copies in backups until those backups are overwritten. Content already published to a connected social account stays on that platform until you remove it there.
Download any videos you want to keep before you delete the account. We cannot restore them afterwards.
